Bushfire, flood, contamination, mining leases, salinity, groundwater vulnerability, PFAS proximity — a composite risk view at lot scale. We pulled this before ship because a couple of the underlying fields are not yet reliable per lot.
Why we're waiting
Contamination: currently flagged by 50 m centroid buffer to EPA sites — produces both false positives and false negatives at lot scale. Needs
Mining titles: column exists but enrichment hasn't run. Even when populated we need to distinguish exploration licence (desktop) from mining lease (active operation) before painting a risk class.
Both fixes are on the AGDSS-011 data-ingestion list.

Bushfire and flood overlays are already reliable (polygon intersect on lot geometry) — they're shown in the report today. We'll layer them into this view once the contamination and mining fixes land, so the composite isn't misleading.
